Insyaallah we are big fish.

But we are in small pond. We are high level but our institution is low level. We should level ourselves with our institution. If we bring our high level expectation to our low level institution, we will not get a good result. Hence we usually get angry. Thus we should accomodate our level with our institution is the domestic area.... and we can still be great and show our high level ability in public sphere.......
