my holiday
i am always am waiting for a long holiday. maybe it is not just me who love holiday, my friends also wait for this moment. holiday usually is used for taking a vacation to release our tired after a long time burying ourselves in our crowded activity. and this holiday we can spend a wonderful time together with our family.
it is fun if we can go to the mountain or beach, but because of the test in the near future i choose to stay at home. i want to improve my marks because the last marks do not satisfied me. in last mid term test, my rank dropped drastically and that makes me depressed. this all happened because i do not study enough. that is why i wantto repair it in the next test. i do not want to make other dissappointed in me.
this holiday comes in the same time as moslem new year. usually in my hometown, ponorogo, the government held a carnaval every year. i admit that this occation is good to preserve our culture and it can attract some tourists. moreover, there will be a national reog festival. my school also takes part in this event. the part i love most is the theme park in the city square. we can visit there to release our weary. and sometimes we can find some antiques in there that we can not find in other places.
maybe this time my holiday is not different with my friends' because ,ost of them spend their holiday at home and enjoy ponorogo festival. so i think there is no special thing to ell in this holiday.
