Thank you for letting me have fun,
For laughter shared beneath the sun.
Thank you for letting me have friends,
Whose love and warmth have no ends.

Thank you for letting me be strong,
So I don’t burden them for long.
In moments of joy, and times of fear,
Your strength has made me persevere.

I hope this bond will always last,
A friendship that will never pass.
And as I walk this path I roam,
Please, tame the desires that call me home.
